Final Decision For The Crocheted Edge

Well, my little Crayola Checola/Crayola Vest is completed along with the crocheted edging. I posted it here a few days ago.

After completing the vest, I grabbed a string and started crocheting before realizing that I would need to do a bit of coordinating because of the bold colors. I first chose a rust color from the Silk Garden. Nice but, I didn't like it. After trying two more shades, I setteled on the chartruse.

This is a wonderful pattern for a beginner knitter that would also like to get into cables.
